Question: When should I schedule my pick-up at the airport?

Answer: We operate by appointments. Please call us or e-mail us with the name of the airline, flight number, arrival and departure time, as soon as you schedule your fight.

Question: What if the flight is early or late?

Answer:  Our drivers will monitor your flight progress and we will do our best to adjust to the new schedule. Please provide us with your cell phone number  or call us at (901) 503-0002 for communication on your pick-up.

Question: Where will we meet the driver at the airport?

Answer: After you clam your baggage's we ask you to step outside the door and call us. We will pull up at the curb by the door number that you are at. Please call (901) 503-0002 and the driver will pull up to the curb to pick you up.
             
Question: What about the time of pick-up for the return trip?

Answer: We ask that you are at the pick-up  point about five minutes before time. The driver will only wait five minutes for you. If you are running late or if we are running late a courtesy call is needed and we will do the same for you.

Question:
What type of vehicle will we be looking for?

Answer: You will be looking for a  SUV or Van with the logo "A 2 C SHUTTLE SERVICE" on the side.

Question: When should we schedule the return trip from the Casino to Airport?

Answer: It is recommended that you make your return arrangement during your initial call.

Question: How much time should we allow for a return trip from the Casino to the Airport?

Answer: We recommend at least one hour of travel time and one hour for airport for check-in. So we will be picking you up about two hours before your flight time.

Question: When and how is the payment to be made?

Answer:  All trips are cash or credit cards. No  personal checks. All payments are collected at time of pick-up. Tips are not added to the fares but are greatly appreciated. On some trips a deposit may be required at the time of booking.

Questions: Are there any restriction on baggage and Golf bags?

Answer: Anyone with more than one bag per person please let us know so we can make necessary arrangements. Golf bags  are welcome but need our approval at time of booking due to space restriction. If not you will be charged an addition $20 at time of pick up..

Question: Do you service any other areas in or around the Memphis / Tunica area?

Answer: Yes, we can pick up and drop off at any places in a 100 miles range of Horn Lake, MS. Horn Lake, MS is only 8 miles from Memphis, TN.  Call for a price quote. If you have more questions please contact us by E-Mail or phone (901) 503-0002.
